I didn’t realize my stress levels were so high. What with multiple jobs, a young son, a garden, and a busy extended family and social life, how could I? In my work I seek those things that relieve stress, like yoga and dance. This is clearly for a reason. I tend to overcommit and say “yes” to every opportunity that comes my way. Well, with age, so comes experience. I have found that the Best me is the one that is not stressed ‘to the gills’ (as my mother would say).
