Restorative Yoga

A gentle and relaxing class that utilizes yoga props for maximum support and comfort. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. The focus is on deepening relaxation and releasing tension.  It is ideal for various physical conditions such as pregnancy, recovery, fatigue, insomnia, pain, injury, allergies, and stress.

Belly Dance

Connect to your core in the world’s oldest way!  Belly dance provides the most rewarding workout!  Class includes warm-up, technique, drills, and veil work.  You will gain increased muscle tone and flexibility, improved posture and balance, and healthy heart conditioning.   No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome.

Yoga for Backs

Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am

This gentle class is suitable for those with no yoga experience or back issues.  It addresses many of the common and not-so-common conditions of the back.  Each class contains gentle abdominal awareness and strengthening, stretching for specific needs related to the back, and relaxing poses designed to increase circulation, improve posture, and provide relief.

Yoga for Pregnancy

Thursdays 12:00-1:00 pm

Pregnancy provides us with the opportunity to discover ourselves in a new way.  This class accommodates any level of student at any phase of pregnancy.  It includes active and passive poses utilizing props such as blankets and bolsters for optimal care of the Mother-To-Be.  A mom herself, AnneCorrine is trained in prenatal yoga instruction and has experienced its value during her pregnancies and natural births, most recently, in 2016.  Yoga for Pregnancy will help to calm nerves, relieve pain and discomfort, and to empower mothers with yoga tools for the pregnancy and birthing process.
